Beatdle is a free, browser-based daily puzzle game where players listen to a drum beat and attempt to reproduce it on a sequencer grid. A new beat is available each day.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the game logic.
• Use automated tools or scripts to play the game.
• Interfere with the service or other users’ experience.

3. Intellectual Property

The Beatdle name, design, and code are the property of the site operator. You may share your results (emoji grids) freely.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Beatdle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
